A company for financial information products is seeking a R&D Team Lead to own the development of a new product. The role focuses on establishing an innovative AI solution within the financial sector, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to provide accessible and insightful financial information.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the development team and product creation, defining objectives, timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic company goals.
Actively engage in the development and maintenance of AI-driven products, showcasing strong coding skills and adherence to best practices.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, ML and fintech.
Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights pertinent to financial products.
Ensure optimal performance of AI applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a senior software development role, leading products end-to-end
1+ years as a team lead
Experience developing web appliacations
1+ years of practical experience in Python
Experience with Node.js, JavaScript or React
Business-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and a passion for mentoring
