User Acquisition Manager

We’re currently looking for a user acquisition specialist to join our dream team. If you’re a fun person to work with and have an analytical mind - I’d be happy to meet. In this role, you’ll lead and maintain high-volume campaigns and have a significant part in our fast-paced growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large & fast growing monthly acquisition budgets
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key acquisition partners
• Hands-on campaign management on various mobile ad networks
• Analyze data on daily basis in order to achieve company KPIs
• Explore new opportunities and channels for growth
• Work directly with designers and video editors on Ad creation
• Collaborate with different teams members to deliver and execute successful mobile marketing campaigns
• A/B testing: ad copy, creative types, bid automation, etc

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in performance marketing
• Experience in handling $100k+ monthly budgets
• Understanding of the mobile ecosystem, networks types, attribution, technical integrations
• Experience in Ad Creation (not design)
• Strong Analytical Skills, comfortable with analyzing large data sets
• Fluent English - verbal and written
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Profound knowledge of MS-Office Products (Excel in particular)
• ASO knowledge is a plus (Android)
