Senior Automation Engineer

NoTraffic is an emerging startup in the smart mobility field, the technology introduced by the company involves complex hardware and software. The integration team is the gate for ensuring the proper aligned usage of all processes that are delivered from R&D to the field across all the platforms and devices.

The team is required to have close collaboration with all the other R&D teams from the design process to deployment.

The position includes three responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain:

o R&D unified build infrastructure

o R&D CI infrastructure including cloud and HW components

o Coverage and quality alerting system

• Take active action in the design process of every SW feature
• Build a Platform qualification and release mechanism

Your day-to-day will be:

• Developing high-quality software design and architecture
• Defining quality-related requirements for all the SW teams
• Developing an efficient automation environment
• Integrating SW and embedded HW system
• Manual and automated testing of cross-component modules
• Integration of high-valued features and flows

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• Proven experience in scripting languages such as Python, bash
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to infrastructure automation
• Good familiarity with Linux
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field – advantage
• Proven experience in designing and implementing infrastructure for automation systems
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and security – advantage
• Experience with HW devices – advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
