Job Description:

For this position, we seek an individual proficient in Salesforce, possessing hands-on experience across various Salesforce clouds, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce, and Lightning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to outline requirements, deliverables, and establish/manage expectations.
• Enforce coding standards, lead code reviews to ensure quality, and manage technical delivery in Salesforce implementation, including custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Proficient in source code management, version control, and code deployment standards.
• Maintain a target billable utilization in line with the role, demonstrate issue debugging skills.

Requirements

• Experience of over 2 years in hands-on development on the Salesforce platform, with proficiency in debugging performance issues at both client and apex layers.
• Design expertise compatible with desktop and mobile devices, knowledge of diverse integration patterns, and understanding of various asynchronous capabilities in Salesforce along with their applications.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce product suite, covering Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
• Capability in systems architecture, crafting scalable solutions, understanding key design patterns, recognizing large data volume limitations, and applying standard methodologies.
• Insight into data sharing, transparency considerations, and their impact on platform architecture.
