Senior Technical Program Manager - Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps

Responsibilities

As a technical program manager on the engineering team, you will drive improvement of various processes across teams:

• Identify engineering bottlenecks and suggest strategies for improvements.
• Monitor cloud spending and usage for anomalies, identify cost optimization opportunities, and develop and implement cost optimization strategies.
• Track various engineering KPIs and develop additional ones.
• Manage internal security posture, collaborating with architects, managers, compliance, and security PMs to ensure security requirements are met.
  
  

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software and Computer Engineering, or equivalent. 
• 8+ years of experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives across organizations.    
• Attention to details with an ability to dive into technical details.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, resolve conflicts, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options and drive issues to closure without compromising on quality.
