Your Experience
At least 5 Years of Experience as a technical program manager
Demonstrated success managing multi-team technical programs and establishing operational clarity across distinct engineering units
Solid experience designing and running delivery frameworks using Agile/iterative methodologies across software engineering teams
Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance daily productivity, automate reporting, and streamline program management tasks
Self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of driving clarity in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Ability to engage in technical, architectural, and design discussions with engineering teams to evaluate risks and delivery feasibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; adept at building strong relationships and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong familiarity with industry-standard program tracking, reporting, and roadmap management tools.
