Sales and Marketing Team Manager

Real Time Group, a software solutions Company is looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Team Manager for its Training Center AKA Real Time College, to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company, working with the leading high-tech companies in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations and business activities, ensure production the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.

Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.

Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.

Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.

Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of proven experience in a Sales & Marketing Team Leadership role or in other relevant managerial position- MUST.

Experience in the field of Training Centers / Computer schools- Highly Preferred.

High level of Technical Knowledge, Computer Savvy.

Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Excellent Hebrew and English.

BA/MA in business administration or relevant field.
