We are looking to add to our team an experienced Distributor Coordinator.
Main objectives of the role include creating strong relationships while working with our Local Distributors, promising business continuity of all ongoing and strategic activities.
Developing efficient ways of working that will increase the product availability, efficiencies and access to the market.
Work as a member of the Israeli-Greek Supply Chain Team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze and provide information on current inventory levels, track orders and investigate problems leading to OOS/Low Stock.
- Proceed with the systemic receipts of the inbounds to book the stock under the location.
- Monitor distributor transactions and sales (Stock & Sales report) and perform the Order Processing and Invoicing based on the Supply Plan.
- New product launch– Opening new products and communicate to distributors to ensure launch on time and be the Master Data Expert (Create, Maintain and Extend Information in the Sales Org).
- Hold the Repacking budget, while planning operations and driving the repacking priorities in line with business requirements.
- Run Monthly Performance Calls with the Distributors to review performance and KPIs.
- Design SOPs and WOW for working with distributors, recommend on changes if required.
- Responsible for driving the Logistics KPIs (e.g. OTIF), cost and process simplification.
- Reporting on SLOBs and action plan with Commercial & Supply teams to reduce the destruction value. Monitoring of Expiry dates, Manage Returns and Destroyed Goods.
- Monitor physical count of inventory and reconcile actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Manage collaborative claim management system (damaged, theft, destroyed shipments and stocks)
- Work closely and network internally with Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Finance & Brand Managers to ensure Business priorities are met.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years experience with stock management and Distributors (preferably to Pharma or
Consumer environment)
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills including report generating and excel analysis
· Customer service oriented
· Build strong relationships and capacity to work in a matrix environment.
· Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization.
· Must be able to multi-task
· Proactiveness, Assertiveness, Great communication skills and Team work capabilities
· Well organized ,Quick response, Sense of urgency
· Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment , persistent and goal oriented
· Strong background in SAP, Excel, QV
