Role Description

• Lead user experience design projects from discovery to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including visual designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure design solutions meet business goals and technical requirements. 
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify opportunities to improve user experiences. 
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate design solutions and user flows. 
• Create and maintain design systems, design patterns, and style guides to ensure consistency across digital channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a digital agency or similar environment. 
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and usability testing. 
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, and Axure.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, visual designers, and project managers. 
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design solutions and articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders. Experience mentoring and coaching junior designers.
