Affiliate Manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for the financial verticals: forex/stocks/investing.

We won't teach you from scratch. If your previous experience is related to traffic to unregulated call centers and your consciousness has been spoiled, transformed by blackhat - please skip this offer, we will not be able to retrain you.

Responsibilities

- Attracting external traffic/affiliates for TOP regulated Forex Brokers under CPA and/or revshare programs;

- Quality control of attracted traffic and its compliance with advertising policy requirements, GDPR;

- Increase in volumes of attracted traffic;

- Statistics and reporting;

- Positioning of new financial products/Brokers/geo;

- Drawing up and presentation of offers.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of the promoted product: regulated forex / stocks / investing;

- Deep understanding of advertising policies. You must see the smallest pitfalls in creatives, identify and prevent any incentive;

- Understanding the nuances and features of API, MMP, Postback integration;

- General knowledge of various traffic sources from DSPs to social networks;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- You must know Reddit and be ready to search for affiliates there;

- Stress resistance and willingness to provide all possible support to your affiliates 24/7;

- Presentability;

- Excellent command of the English language;

- Spoken Russian;

- Willingness to travel (up to 15% of the time) after completing a probationary period of 2 months.

Ideal is your experience working in the affiliation department of a regulated Forex Broker and having your own pool of affiliates.

Potentially: You are the head of the Affiliation department.

The salary consists of a base part and bonuses.

Office: Israel, Herzliya.

Remote work from another country: an option may be considered.

Salary for the probationary period is based on the results of the interview.
