Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Services Specialist. The Technical Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support services to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems. Other responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance on equipment, providing trainings, and performing installation of new systems. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Technical Services and Technical Support skills
• Analytical and Troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with analytical instruments in the food/ pharmaceutical/cannabis industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits and installations, when necessary
