Recruiter & HR Generalist

We are looking for a driven, efficient Recruiter to join our HR team. Your primary mission will be to excel at timely and high-quality hiring.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be resourceful and creative in finding and attracting the best candidates out there. At the same time, you should have an analytical problem-solving mindset and a real passion for efficiency and automation.

We are looking for someone based in Israel, who knows the local tech market and can meet diverse hiring needs, including full-time employees, contractors, and freelancers, also in other locations.

If you have experience in recruitment and are seeking to level up as a true, data-driven expert, this is the job for you. Additionally, this role will provide you with opportunities to broaden your HR expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Top-level recruitment: excel in fast, high-quality recruitment; from identifying potential candidates to finalizing hires, you move at the speed of light
• Candidate assessment: skillfully assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and qualifications
• Communication: maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Process management: efficiently handle ATS operations, and optimize different HR processes to enhance our department’s performance
• Data-driven approach: utilize analytics to inform recruitment and other HR strategies
• Adaptable role: be prepared to switch gears and contribute to other HR initiatives during periods of lower recruitment activity, especially those that relate to people analytics and process improvement; employee well-being and talent management are other areas you might contribute to

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Human Resources, or similar/related
• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with at least 1 year in-house (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of recruitment flows, ATS management, and data analytics
• Automation pro - Excel is your friend, GSheets is your best friend and API links are fascinating
• Familiarity with talent acquisition trends and proven best practices
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, written, visual)
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in Israel (any other geo is a great plus)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory, only applications in English will be accepted)
