About the job:

A growing online real estate investing platform looking for a leading Real Estate salesman, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives within our organization.

Role:

Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to close funds and offer limitations in the Israeli market.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their investment needs and objectives.

Educate clients on investment options, risks, and potential returns within regulatory constraints.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize sales processes.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of Israeli financial regulations, particularly about close funds and offer limitations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales roles within the financial services industry.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and client relationship management.

Bonus Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.

Prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals or institutional clients.

Familiarity with investment analysis and portfolio management principles.

Served as a combat officer in the army.
