People and Operations Lead (Portfolio Opportunity)

A fast-growing company in our portfolio is seeking an Ops and HR generalist to join their team! They are looking for an all-arounder who can roll up their sleeves as well as contribute at the strategic level. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to jump in and make an impact from day one by owning a wide range of key company functions. This could be a great role for someone looking to transition into hi-tech from law, consulting, or other related fields.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee all HR and welfare functions, helping to build the organization and make it an amazing place to work.
• Lead recruiting efforts both in Israel and abroad.
• Own key operational functions - overseeing the office, coordinating with finance, etc.
• Drive key strategic projects alongside company leadership, helping to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Bring an employee-centric perspective to decision-making at the highest company level.

For this role you should have:

• At least 3 years work experience in the industry (not including military service).
• Experience in a relevant role in Operations, HR, Law, Consulting, or something similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a preference for candidates who have worked with Americans and US-based teams.
• World-class organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Note: While this role contains many HR elements, it is not an HRBP role, since it contains many responsibilities outside the traditional scope of HR.
