Engineering Manager

The mission of the Engineering Manager is to coordinate all other functions in the company and drive the product development process. An engineering manager owns and operates the RnD, built from a few teams. Regularly collaborates with development leaders, team leads, software engineers, architects, Product Managers, and management.

• Work with other engineers, researchers, and product managers to deliver on our local and global roadmap.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the R&D organization to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Implement modern engineering practices across the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Develop a comprehensive growth plan and strategy for the R&D team.
• Promote transparency and informed decision-making through blameless postmortems and iterative improvement programs, focusing on product scale and quality.
  
  

• 5+ years of development experience.
• Experience as an Engineering manager
• Experience and understanding of application architecture.
• Experience in the development and deployment of large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Strong managerial skills
• B.Sc in computer science or equivalent.
• Object-oriented programming and design-patterns knowledge
• Robust design and coding skills
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated, motivated to learn and collaborate, an out-of-the-box thinker, and a problem-solver with Great interpersonal communication skills.
