Technical Lead

Financial company in Tel Aviv area, is seeking a Technology Leader in the realms of digital development.

Responsibilities

• Opportunity to lead and collaborate with a diverse team of developers within the technological development department of the company's digital assets, while supporting business needs.
• Professional leadership in development, providing architectural solutions and infrastructure construction within the digital realms, collaborating with infrastructure and architecture entities within the division.
• Providing professional support, guidance, and mentorship to various development teams (web, mobile, system analysts, and technological project managers).
• Accountability for the availability and stability of digital assets, with proactive troubleshooting and 24/7 production incident management.
• Working with diverse technological, business, and technology supplier interfaces both domestically and internationally.
• Leading R&D efforts in digital realms while ensuring technological innovation and relevance in the field.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture within the digital development domains of large organizations - mandatory.
• 4 years of experience in development within the .NET domains - mandatory.
• Proven experience in architecture and AWS cloud infrastructure.
