We are looking for technical person to design and maintain API integration between multiple platforms, working

across-functionally with our teams and join our mission to simplify e-commerce logistics.

Here’s what your responsibilities will look like:

• Design and maintain API integration between multiple platforms such as: Marketplaces, Shopping Carts, Financial systems and carriers.
• Resolve technical issues encountered by both the client and the Customer success team, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution, and communication.
• Ensure that our API integrations are scalable and maintainable over time.
• Check and validate API behavior via MS SQL queries and Postman
• Learn and understand business processes, both on the technical and business sides, and perform test scenarios to validate them within the system
• Concurrently work on multiple projects, and with different resolution teams and clients

We are a match if:

• Strong knowledge of REST API design and integration.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• You have at least 1 year of experience with SaaS/Cloud solutions
• You have at least  At least 1 year work experience with SQL
• Expertise in Postman for testing APIs
• You are a master communicator, fluent in both spoken and written English
• Extremely organized, multitasking, and able to work independently
