🚀 Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to deliver impactful conversion-focused creative across all of our performance channels
• You will develop creative briefs and work with your team to create ads that drive purchases, by grabbing our customers’ attention, emotionally connecting with their needs, and explaining the value of our products
• You will monitor, research & analyze our direct competitors and also all major direct response brands
• Serve as a leader who can build, manage and inspire a team

🥷 What type of person should you be for this role?

• You live, eat, and breathe social media marketing. You’re always looking for the latest working video styles on Meta, TikTok, YT Shorts and more.
• You're still currently very hands-on in what you're doing now.
• Amazing at researching and analyzing competitors in the space. (All major Direct Response brands)
• You love films, movies, tv series and film making in general
• You can easily breakdown ad frameworks from other DR competitors and identify all key conversion elements
• Strong leadership and team management skills to grow, inspire, mentor, and guide the creative team effectively
• Demonstrated success developing on-brand, high quality direct response creative that drives measurable results
• A gritty work ethic. You aren't afraid to work smart, hard, and long to meet and exceed goals.

🧩 Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as graphic designer or video editor for Meta ads
• You should have significant experience developing high-performing direct-response creatives on Meta specifically, with TikTok and YT as a bonus
• 8+ years of experience in a creative role working in or for a 9 figure DTC ecom brand or agency that worked with these bigger clients
• Past Creative Director level or senior-equivalent experience
• Leadership experience managing a team of 3+ direct reports
