Cyber Defense Center Manager

We are a leading and stable medical organization located in the central region of the country. We are currently seeking a Cyber Defense Center Manager to join our Cybersecurity Department within the Technology Division.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of approximately 10 employees divided into two teams (analysts and implementers) within the Cyber Defense Center.
• Develop and implement policies and workflows for responding to cyber incidents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
• Analyze and evaluate cyber threats and attacks and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Oversee the implementation and verification of cybersecurity requirements based on regulatory guidance and various standards in the field.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and operating a Cyber Defense Center or similar role.

-Knowledge and experience with advanced information security and communication products, such as Firewalls, IDS, DLP, SIEM, SOC, and others.

-Experience in managing and operating various security systems, configurations, network segmentation, etc.

-Ability to manage and lead employees, projects, and resources effectively.

-Strong communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.

-Professional certifications in the cybersecurity field, such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, are advantageous.
