The company is a fast-growing business in the observability space which, despite the economic conditions, has still achieved 25% headcount growth last year. They have built an observability platform to rival the best in the industry, and are looking for talented people to help them build out new features to add to their offerings.

Your responsibilities will be primarily frontend, working almost entirely with modern versions of Angular and Typescript. You'll need to be willing to get stuck in on the backend when needed too, but this will be a minimal part of your job (5%-10%). For this you'll use Node & Scala.

What You'll Do:

• Enhance our custom dashboarding system by adding new features using Typescript in our web application.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to grasp user requirements and craft user-friendly interfaces.

• Produce tidy, sustainable, and comprehensively documented code.

• Participate in shaping our internal design framework.

• Create backend services using Scala.

• Keep abreast of cutting-edge frontend technologies and emerging trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Possess over 5 years of software engineering expertise.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating within fully remote teams.

• Proficient in Typescript and other browser-based technologies.

• Familiarity with contemporary frontend frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a dedication to crafting visually captivating interfaces.

Bonus:

• Prior experience with Scala and ZIO is advantageous.
