The cyber intelligence domain is constantly evolving thus we are seeking for a motivated Product Strategy & Innovation Team Lead who is excited to work on the most sophisticated intelligence gathering technologies used by governments and law-enforcement agencies around the world.

We’re looking for an excellent and experienced Product Managers Team Lead to join our Product Department and lead one of the most impactful domains in our company - in this position, you will need to lead, invent, get things done by taking an idea and turning it into reality.

As Strategy & Innovation Team Lead you lead high priority cross functional innovation and business development projects to drive new products and services in the company. You will lead the strategic planning & ideation process to ensure the company’s innovation portfolio delivers high value projects of strategic importance.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities for innovation - identify opportunities, emerging trends, technologies and potential disruptions. Look for gaps in the market, customer needs and areas for improvement within the company. Conduct workshops, training and/or brainstorming sessions to collect and evaluate ideas from various departments and stakeholders within and outside the company.
• Develop and implement innovation strategies - create strategic plans for innovation, lead high impact, cross-functional creative ideation, manage the development of new concepts and ensure successful proof of concepts.
• Manage the innovation pipeline - streamline the execution of new ideas. Manage various projects, ensuring that ideas are developed, tested and brought to market successfully. Ensure projects deliver on their value proposition, timelines, and budget.
• Continuously analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive information
• Engaging with customers, prospects, and users to get their feedback, discuss their challenges, and gain a full understanding of their needs
• Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams – R&D, UI/UX, BI, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Client Success etc. – to guarantee a smooth and efficient implementation and delivery.
• Drive product launches along with marketing, sales, and other product and project managers.
• Encourage creative thinking and risk-taking within the company.
  
  

• + 5 years of experience as a product manager.
• Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years experience managing product managers.
• Experience delivering vision, strategy, and plans to managers, engineering, and leadership.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Significant background in one or more of the following fields: intelligence, cyber, mobile world.
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Imaginative and open-minded, capable of thinking outside the box to find novel solutions to complex problems.
• Resilient in the face of setbacks and adapted to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment.
• Team player, confident, proactive, independent, and enthusiastic.
