Director of Business Development

We are seeking for a fast-growing startup a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving growth for innovative product line.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for innovative products.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their objectives.

Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.

Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs related to business development activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field

Strong understanding of market dynamics, business development strategies, and negotiation techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
