BrightSource Energy is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our remarkable team
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for solar thermal (CSP) plant operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to ensure continuous and reliable performance.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the solar power plant.
- Generate comprehensive reports on system efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate new features and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Graduated less than 2 years ago.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Be prepared for international travel, potentially up to 30% of the time, to support the projects.
