Lightbits Labs is seeking a Product Manager, Software-Defined Storage in Kfar Sava, who will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, including defining, building, launching, and scaling high-performance software-defined storage solutions. The successful candidate will be a hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Kfar Sava but some work from home is acceptable. This is a full-time role.

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the cloud storage industry, with a focus on software-defined storage solutions
• Ability to translate complex and technical details into compelling product stories to various levels of audiences.
• Experience driving operational excellence through cross-functional teamwork, effective management of project timelines, and prioritization of project deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to work on continuous improvement of product features and capabilities
• Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools (Jira, Aha!, etc.), and modern software development processes
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work with remote teams and global time zones
