We׳re looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated full-time Billing Specialist to join our growing Finance team.

Wake up for this

• Manage the day-to-day enterprise billing activities
• Review payment entries for accuracy and to ensure account balances are correct
• Communicate daily with the company's enterprise clients
• Work closely with our growing sales team
• Assist in implementing new billing tools and improve current billing processes
• Analyze billing data to proactively track and prevent erroneous invoices
• Work closely with controllers on new deals, contracts, and related tax matters
• Prepare financial and administrative reports, as needed

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist/Collection Specialist/Accounts Receivable Specialist or a similar position
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in High-tech/start-up companies - An advantage
• Experience with Priority or SalesForce - An advantage
