Product Manager Team Leader

What is your mission?

Cellebrite is looking for an experienced product manager team lead with a strong technical background. In this position, you will own the product release cycle from requirement gathering to product release and lead a team of product owners that builds Cellebrite’s core products.

As part of your role, you will focus on:

• Lead and mentor product team members.
• Work closely with the product business owner to align on the product strategy and main targets
• Define and communicate the roadmap and drive execution for successful results.
• Working closely with engineering managers, product managers, UX designers
• Engage with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
• Drive adoption and track success criteria and performance metrics.
• Be data-driven with ongoing analysis of usage data.
• Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• 2+ years of experience in managing a team of product managers/owners
• Passionate self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
• Proven track record delivering software products/services to market.
• Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage priorities.
• Experienced working with customers and ability to identify customer needs
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proven technical background and experience – Advantage
• Contain background in cyber security or digital forensics – Advantage
