We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by sourcing and retaining top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure swift progress of candidates throughout the entire hiring cycle.
• Stakeholders management - consult and collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and goals, and find the best talent to meet those needs.
• Impact on candidates experience - create a positive and engaging recruiting experience for all candidates. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Find the right talent: utilize diverse channels and tools to promote talent sourcing. Review, screen, and conduct interviews with potential candidates. Build and maintain a robust candidate database.
• Generate and analyze data, KPIs, insights reports, and ROI to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Enhance our employer branding.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a recruiter or sourcer in a global Hi-tech company, or recruitment agency - leading the recruitment processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in conducting in-depth HR interviews.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing strategies, tools and platforms.
• Data and KPI-oriented mindset.
• Clear understanding of technical terms and roles within the hi-tech industry
• Familiarity with Comeet ATS is an advantage.
