Investor Relations Associate

Are you looking to join a highly ambitious global technology startup and build a career in relationship management, investments, sales & account management? OurCrowd, a leading global Venture Capital platform, seeks an Investor Relations professional to join our growing Investor Relations team.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate potential and active leads from around the world via Zoom, phone, email, and/or messaging apps.
• Articulate OurCrowd’s unique value proposition and specific investment opportunities to prospective investors
• Convert leads into new investors, handhold them through the onboarding process, and ensure commitments translate into fulfilled investments.
• Manage the accounts of active investors around the world and cultivate and nurture relationships with them.
• Provide a high level of customer success and diligently address investor concerns.
• Learn about new and existing OurCrowd portfolio companies and funds, their technologies, and business models, and be able to communicate them to investors.
• Qualify investor preferences and experience according to given criteria and properly log communication activity and qualification data into our Salesforce database.
• Work collaboratively with other account members as well as territorial team members to hit targets.
• Work in tandem with other departments to achieve company-wide or multi-departmental objectives.
  
  

• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong communication skills – both writing and phone, can relate to a wide spectrum of people, comfortable with video chatting (Zoom).
• Comfortable with outbound calling, including cold calls.
• General knowledge of capital markets and passion for investing.
• 2-4 years experience in Inside Sales/Account Management = advantage
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
• College or University degree.
• Fluency in Hebrew = advantage
• This is a full-time position with a hybrid workstyle two days a week in the office in Jerusalem, with a third day in either Jerusalem or the Tel Aviv office.
