Operations Manager

We seek an experienced operations manager to join our team and lead our operations activities. 

This position is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of various operational facets within our company.

Job Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage a diverse range of operational functions, including purchasing, logistics, production planning, ERP, inventory management, supply chain management, office maintenance, internal project management, financial approvals, and serving as the point of contact for specific global entities. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing our operational efficiency and ensuring our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing:

• Procure prototypes, services, and development materials.

Flights Coordination and Payment:

• Coordinate and manage flight bookings for business purposes.
• Process payments related to flights.

Logistics:

• Oversee all aspects of local and international deliveries within Israel.

Production Planning:

• Manage production planning, including configuration control and traceability.

ERP - Priority:

• Oversee the implementation and management of ERP systems.

Inventory Management:

• Ensure efficient inventory control and management.

Supply Chain Management:

• Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Distributors
• Serve as the point of contact for all commercial and operational topics related to distributors outside.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, knowledge of ERP systems, and priority - advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with international teams.
• Fluent in English & Hebrew
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
