The business is in a start up phase and is backed by one of the largest gaming businesses globally. The business is now seeking a talented Product Manager to join their small team in Tel Aviv and drive the evolution of our product portfolio.

Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the direction and success of our live games. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review existing games, develop variations, and own the product roadmap to ensure alignment with market demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing games and analyse player feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop variations and enhancements to gameplay mechanics, features, and visual elements.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term objectives with long-term strategy.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to understand market trends and player preferences.
• Work closely with the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize ticketing systems and agile methodologies to manage development tasks and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry, preferably with live game products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and agile development methodologies.
• Passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of interactive entertainment.
