Alethea is an online platform committed to aiding students in their transition to higher education institutions, by facilitating a focused and meaningful engagement with academic texts and class readings. Alethea integrates Generative AI models within a meticulously designed and academically sound framework, promoting critical, systematic, and reflective thinking among students while providing necessary support.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

As a Full-Stack Developer on the Alethea project, your responsibilities will include:

• 1+ years of experience developing and maintaining front-end components using React for an intuitive user experience.
• 1+ years of Implementing scalable and secure back-end functionalities using Node.js to support AI model integration.
• 1+ years of Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers for seamless integration of design elements.

What will you be doing in this role?

As a Full-Stack Developer on the Alethea project, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining front-end components using React for an intuitive user experience.

Implementing scalable and secure back-end functionalities using Node.js to support AI model integration.

Testing (manual and automated)

Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers for seamless integration of design elements.

Ensuring the overall scalability, security, and performance of the Alethea platform. Active participation in an agile development environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

The team consists of 3 developers and will be reporting to the Team Leader.

Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid model. This is a full-time position.
