What Will You Do

A people person and a matrix leader, you can work with different persons and groups, delivering outcomes that serve the business. You’re a visionary and long-term thinker, which means you can dive into the details of different product domains and user experiences required to create a winning cloud SaaS product while balancing between different stakeholders.

You’re curious about solving “big” problems and excited about influencing. You always apply your innovative thinking to solving any problem. You also have excellent teamwork and communication skills. You have experience in building something from scratch and participated in the initiation and establishment process of products, systems, and teams.

Role

As a member of our global team of exceptional Product Managers, you will play a key role in defining and building bob’s Product vision, strategy, and roadmap:

• Take full responsibility and ownership of platform products, serving value to internal business stakeholders and directly to customers.
• Take complete ownership of the product lifecycle, guiding it from inception to production. This involves hands-on market research, thorough user engagement data analysis, crafting persuasive vision narratives, developing specifications, setting and tracking success KPIs, and collaborating closely with the R&D and marketing teams.
• Regularly engage with internal and customer stakeholders to identify and prioritize problems aligned with distilled business needs. Serve as the advocate for these stakeholders in a variety of highly complex and technical projects, ensuring the highest product-market fit.
• Collaborate daily with the experienced infrastructure development and product design teams, and together lead the technological forefront of our company.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

• Over 5 years of experience as an Inbound & Outbound Product Manager in dynamic and successful tech companies.
• Demonstrated track record of leading all facets of a successful product throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
• Demonstrated ownership and leadership skills.
• Expertise in working with PaaS B2B products or within platform disciplines of a SaaS B2B product, including App Lifecycle Management (ALM), ecosystem and connectivity, integrations and apps marketplace, multi-tenancy management, or analytics.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in cross-functional teams and communication with diverse groups.
• Engineering background facilitating success in sound decision-making by bridging customer business acumen and technical lingo.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience querying data directly from the database.
• Focus on enterprise systems and IT personas — a significant advantage.
• Background in HR tech industry — a considerable advantage.
