Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of process automation tools and technologies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain robust governance frameworks and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of process specialists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of Proven experience in operations management within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical aptitude, with experience working with process automation tools, workflow management systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation.
