Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tel Aviv District, Israel for a Professional Services Specialist. The Professional Services Specialist will be responsible for providing superior, consistent, and personalized post-sales services that meet the needs of our customers. This includes resolving customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, relationship management, and managing customer service escalations as well as editing user manuals or guides. The Professional Services Specialist will also check software releases in the business capabilities aspect.

Qualifications

• First hand experience in professional trading - must
• Basic knowledge in computer systems operations (in Windows OS) - must
• Familiarity with different trading systems
• Excellent people skills
• Academic degree in related field (Economics, Business, etc)
• Very good spoken and written English
