About the Position

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team and drive classification and insights initiatives. The ideal candidate is a data ‘hands-on’ person with a good understanding of statistical and ML models, knowing how to implement them into existing and new products.

What You’ll Do

 Play a key role in planning, designing, and implementing ML and insights solutions to ensure business goals are met.

• Work closely with Product and contribute to the company AI vision and strategy.
• Translate business challenges and requirements into Data Science solutions, leveraging various methodologies.
• Define solutions to improve data integrity and value in product domains, such as: data classification, data accuracy improvements, outlier detection, predictions, and more.
• Conduct big data research and exploration and learn about new innovative ways to solve complex business problems.
• Build dashboards and use data visualization to illustrate AI models.
• Identify new opportunities to incorporate AI based solutions in BIScience’s products. 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ Years of proven experience as a hands-on Data Scientist
• B.Sc. or higher degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Data Science/ Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering Data Science models (ML, Classifications, Recommendations, etc.)
• High proficiency in at least one scripting language used for data analysis (e.g. R, Python).
• Excellent SQL skills, extracting data from different DWHs: (Exasol, Snowflake, Vertica)
• Strong background in machine learning.
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English
