What Will You Do?

• As a Product Manager, you will have a primary accountability of being an expert on market and customer needs, translating them into prioritized product requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, success, and services teams, and recognize and monitor product needs and opportunities.
• You will discover, plan, present, and lead our core product features, taking into consideration all of the product’s success factors.
• You will work closely with the UX designers to create an exceptional and intuitive user experience that meets customer requirements and expectations.
• You will be partnering with R&D to ensure successful product development, testing, and delivery, identify potential risks and challenges in the product development process, and work proactively to mitigate them.
• You will define the product’s success measurables utilize data to make informed decisions, and continually optimize the product.
• You will plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market efforts, effective communication of product updates, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials.
• You will gather and analyze customer feedback, insights, and feature requests to drive product improvements and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor competition and ecosystem trends to recognize opportunities and threats and evaluate our product positioning in the market.
• Collaborate with your colleagues' product managers to create a better and broader product perspective and enhance our value proposition by creating cross-team synergy.

About You:

• You have 2+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS product management roles.
• You gained prior experience in all aspects of product management across a matrixed organization, managing various aspects of the process from inception through public launch.
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• You are ambitious, eager to learn, and open to receiving feedback.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data products or Agtech industry background.
• Familiar with agile development methodologies.
• Technical background.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
