Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HRBP role located in Kadima. The HRBP will be responsible for implementing HR policies, providing guidance on human resources (HR) issues, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management.

Qualifications

• Vast Experience in human resources (HR)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the engineering or industrial industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
