We are working on new innovative cloud native security services and aspire to be a compelling player in this exciting product category. We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager who is technical, collaborative, and truly excited about building great products. In this role, you will bring your in-depth knowledge of network and identity threat landscape helping us build strong security value and experience on top of the platform and grow our suite of offerings and grow our business portfolio. Responsibilities

• You will lead end-to-end ownership of product areas, encompassing the formulation of vision and strategy, definition of roadmaps, and meticulous execution to achieve successful outcomes.
• You will conduct in-depth analyses of customer and market signals, identifying latent or undiscovered customer needs. Cultivate trust with customers to guide product roadmap decisions and enhance overall customer experience.
• You will valuate competitor products and strategies, pinpointing gaps and devising strategies to surpass the competition.
• You will efine features and take ownership of their backlog. Collaborate with engineering teams to align priorities, trade-offs, and return on investment (ROI). Partner closely with Product Marketing to articulate the roadmap and communicate outwardly.
• You will collaborate seamlessly with engineering managers to ensure focused and efficient execution of the backlog, identifying quick wins and agile responses to evolving customer needs.
• You will engage in active collaboration with other Microsoft product teams to facilitate integration on key scenarios, identifying potential value and leading the delivery of cohesive user experiences.
• You will spearhead business impact across the organization, outlining success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs). Embrace a data-driven approach with continuous analysis of usage data.
• You will partner with product marketing and Customer Experience (CxE) teams to strategically position offerings and empower the sales organization to successfully pilot, deploy, and operate the offering.
  
  

Qualifications

• You have Strong background in network and/or identity security.
• Preferential familiarity with the Microsoft security stack.

Experience

• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in cross-group, cross-functional product management roles.

Education

• A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent education.
• An advanced technical degree or MBA would be a valuable plus.
  
  

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
