Job Description

Role Overview: As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving Microsoft's growth in the Israeli market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and Digital Natives from competitors like AWS and GCP. Your deep technical knowledge, combined with your strong business acumen, will enable you to forge strong partnerships and help these organizations leverage the power of Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Target ISVs and Digital Natives: Research and identify potential ISV and Digital Native partners currently using competing cloud platforms. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs and pain points.
• Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within these organizations, including CTOs, CEOs, and technical decision-makers. Understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
• Solution Design and Consultation: Collaborate with these partners to design tailored solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services that address their unique challenges and opportunities. Provide technical guidance and consultancy to help them migrate to Azure.
• Value Proposition Communication: Articulate the value proposition of Microsoft Azure and demonstrate how it can outperform competitors' offerings. Create compelling business cases to win partners over.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Microsoft's internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical specialists, to ensure seamless onboarding and support for ISV and Digital Native partners.
• Performance Tracking: Continuously track and report on partner engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success of the recruitment efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
• Track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding ISVs and Digital Natives.
• Experience in solution architecture and design is highly desirable.
• Passion for technology and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
