Talent Manager

Skybox is actively seeking a dynamic Talent Manager with a proven track record in global recruitment across diverse departments, including R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and be enthusiastic about driving talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Israel

Schedule: Full-time, On-site (4 days per week with some flexibility on days)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for open positions globally, with a focus on roles in sales, R&D, customer care, and marketing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with hiring stakeholders, providing strategic consultation on hiring best practices and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Process Ownership: Own and optimize global hiring programs, processes, and systems. Leverage advanced ATS and LinkedIn expertise, with proficiency in tools like Green House. Exhibit strong analytical skills, including pipeline reporting and understanding of the recruiting lifecycle.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to source, identify, attract, and hire top candidates. Showcase expertise in sourcing and pipeline building to ensure a continuous influx of qualified candidates.
• Project Management: Demonstrate robust project management skills, taking ownership of the recruitment process from end to end.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of end-to-end and sourcing experience, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Partnership Building: Proven ability to build effective partnerships within the organization, acting as the sole owner of the recruiting function.
• Interview Skills: Excellent people reading skills with a demonstrated proficiency in conducting effective interviews.
• Workforce Support: Success in supporting a fast-paced, distributed workforce, with a background in HR generalist/HRBP roles considered highly desirable.
