Product Manager

Sepio Cyber is a fast-growing start-up in the cybersecurity domain, founded by serious industry veterans, well-funded, and headed by an experienced management team. Sepio is building the first Asset Risk Management platform that provides visibility, control, and mitigation to zero trust, insider threat, BYOD, IT, OT, and IoT security programs. We are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love.

You will join a dynamic environment and work closely with other Product team members, R&D, and Field/Sales teams to ensure Sepio translates identified opportunities into comprehensive user journeys and product features. 

You will:

·      Translate identified opportunities into comprehensive user journeys and product features.

·      Lead feature discovery and validate proposed solutions to ensure alignment with customer expectations.

·      Develop and maintain a clear and strategic product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute features based on business impact and customer value.

·      Oversee the execution of the roadmap, offer direction on implementation, and validate the achievement of desired outcomes.

·      Communicate product features, benefits, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

·      Assist in building product demos, documentations, and presentations, and participate in customer visits to showcase product capabilities.

·      2+ years of experience as Product or Project Manager.

·      Demonstrated capability in overseeing tasks and projects end-to-end, covering the entire spectrum from definition to planning and execution.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

·      Degree in CS or EE, or an equivalent knowledge base.

·      Proven ability to learn new technologies and master complex products.

·      Strong leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills.

·      Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

·      Can-do approach 

·      Experienced with agile product development in practice.

·      Experience in working in a fast-growing start-up environment.

·      Technical proficiency in network security and endpoint protection.
