Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our organization's ongoing B2B operations. The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right practices across the organization, including customer relations, partnership management, logistics, participation in industrial fairs and conferences, and other business support. Proficiency in both English and Russian is a must for effective communication with our diverse clientele. Knowledge of Hebrew and German is considered advantageous.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relations and Partnership Management:

   - Manage the CRM system

   - Manage client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and addressing any client inquiries or issues promptly

   - Provide regular updates and reports on account performance

   - Handle and resolve client issues promptly and professionally

2. Logistics Management:

   - Oversee and manage logistics and customs processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field

- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or a similar management role, preferably in a B2B setting

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hebrew, and Russian

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Familiarity with business and financial principles
