Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at CorrActions. In this position, you will play a crucial role in helping the company scale. You will create and convert a pipeline into won deals, manage key accounts, and develop our channels to the market. You will be a key part of our growth and will help improve vehicle safety and shape the future of the automotive industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creating a strong pipeline of business opportunities with OEMs and fleets.
• Managing an end-to-end sales process with OEMs and fleets.   
• Establish strong relationships with key accounts and take ownership of the customer acquisition and revenue generation. 
• Developing and implementing our channel partner approach by identifying, evaluating, and establishing new partnership opportunities that align with the company’s goals. 

What You Need To Succeed:

• 2+ years in sales within the automotive or related industries.
• Proven ability in closing deals.
• Great long-term relationship builder.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

• Proven experience in leading deals with OEMs from initiation to closure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large contracts.
• Knowledge of OEM and fleet needs and their channel partners.
