Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will lead and manage the entire infrastructure domain within the company, from end to end. This includes systems, servers, virtualization, backups, Microsoft 365, and communication networks. You will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure team (3 system administrators) and the helpdesk team (3 technicians). The role entails hands-on management, including user and network management, equipment maintenance, workstation support, telephone systems, and providing assistance to company clients. Additionally, you will manage vendors, contracts, and procurement in the IT domain, enforce information security policies, and oversee large-scale computing projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintaining IT systems on-site and in the cloud.
• Team management experience and capability.
• Proficiency in system management, including servers, storage, backups, disaster recovery, and virtualization (VMware).
• Experience managing Active Directory and services such as Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• Administration of Windows and Linux computers.
• Knowledge of communication and networks, with familiarity with equipment such as Fortinet, CISCO, HP switches, routers, and firewalls being advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructures such as Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS is a plus.
• Experience in implementing information security tools and cyber protection is advantageous.
• Significant experience in managing technological projects is highly desirable.
• High service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an intensive and multitasking work environment.
• Proven ability to work independently in a hands-on capacity.
• Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
