Technical Support Specialist - Part time

We are looking for a valiant Technical Support Specialist to join the Overwolf support team and provide exceptional technical assistance to a global community of passionate gamers and developers.

As our Tech Support Champion, you'll tackle technical challenges, collaborate with our R&D team, and ensure seamless user support across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive support to our users across all channels, including Helpdesk, Twitter, Discord, and Reddit.
• Conduct advanced log analysis and collaborate closely with the R&D team to resolve technical issues.
• Facilitate remote debug sessions with users, ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Consistently go the extra mile to engage and assist users, enhancing their overall experience.
• Serve as the company's gatekeeper, maintaining the integrity and quality of user interactions.
  
  

Requirements:

• A strong passion for video games, on both PC and console platforms.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical support or customer service roles.
• Availability for a part-time position (approximately 60%).
• Familiarity with support helpdesk or CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
• Experience with community support on platforms like Discord and Reddit, including server moderation.
• Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technological orientation and adeptness in handling tech-related queries.
• Customer-oriented approach with a high level of service awareness.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, independent, and responsible, with a readiness to take initiative.
• Experience in troubleshooting for Windows and Mac OS platforms.
• Excellent dragon-riding skills.
