Job Description
We seek a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our prospects’ trust, handle objections, and build rapport in stressful and time-limited opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Perform discovery conversations with potential clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products.
- Track and manage prospects in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the other sales team colleagues to develop our GTM strategy.
- Gather prospects' feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve value proposition and messaging.
Requirements
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills - Must (Native English- Advantage)
- A great listener and storyteller - Must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must.
- Flexibility of working during the US time zone - Must.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Must.
- Excellent time management skills Must.
- Organized, able to keep up with multiple tasks and work independently - Must.
- Quick learner, creative & detail-oriented Must.
- Previous experience in SDR/Sales/Pre-sales role - Advantage.
- Experience in the art/collectibles space (Auction houses/Galleries) - Advantage.
- Knowledge or experience with Inside sales methodologies - Advantage.
- Former experience with Hubspot CRM - Advantage.
