Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist for the defense sector. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with current and potential customers, and managing and monitoring customer accounts. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams, conduct market research, and identify customer needs to provide customized solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sales Specialist or a similar sales role
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong knowledge of the Hydraulics and Fluid Power components and their applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
