We’re looking for a self-driven, experienced demand generation marketer to drive our inbound growth and manage our top of funnel campaigns.
WINN.AI is a startup company, building a real-time assistant for revenue leaders and representatives.
We operate in a still-being-formed category with rapidly changing business and technological challenges.
WINN is well funded and backed by leading VCs.
Your role:
Your mission is to build and manage our demand gen programs, growing inbound leads and owning the optimization and conversion of those leads to new sales opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on crafting innovative campaigns & developing evergreen marketing assets, leveraging various channels (digital advertising, SEO, influencers, partnerships etc.), to drive inbound leads and brand engagement. We highly appreciate creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
You’ll spend your time to:
- Develop a unique and differentiated brand story that is attractive to our target audience, positioning WINN.AI as a leader in real-time assistant for salespeople
- Strategize and manage campaigns, maximizing their impact across various marketing channels: digital advertising, organic traffic, social, partners, influencers & communities etc.
- Develop evergreen marketing assets that drive a constant stream of inbound leads
- Plan, implement, manage and monitor WINN’s partnerships strategy, as well as robust influencers & sales communities (e.g. pavilion) programs
- Understand our customers well, segment different personas, identify their needs and pain points and develop compelling initiatives accordingly
- Working closely with our sales team to understand what they need and to ensure that your campaigns are delivering the right caliber and quantity of leads
- Own the email marketing strategy and implementation, from individual campaigns to ongoing, segmented nurture programs
Your experience & skills
- 4+ years of demand gen experience at a B2B software or SaaS company
- Demonstrated success in leading high-scale campaigns for demand gen or user acquisition
- Passionate, self-starter with a can-do attitude and a record of excellence
- You’ve worked closely with an inside sales team and understand how to support and accelerate them.
- Demonstrated mix of creative and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-group skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills; as well as strong messaging skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into concise, jargon-free language that both educates and persuades
- You’re confident in running customer-facing communications
- Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and embrace technology transitions
- You are proficient at using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Hubspot or others.
- Digital advertising (LinkedIn, Google Search) experience - a plus
- Experience with sales/revenue tools – a big plus
