We're building innovative financial solutions and looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help us reach new customers, strengthen our digital presence, and drive measurable growth across our products and markets.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, resourceful, and highly hands-on Marketing Manager who loves turning ideas into action.
This is an individual contributor role with broad ownership and direct exposure to company leadership. You'll work closely with our leadership, sales, and product teams to turn business priorities, product updates, and market opportunities into marketing campaigns that attract and convert new customers.
We're not looking for someone who only manages strategies, agencies, or budgets. We want someone who enjoys doing the work: creating content, producing marketing assets, building campaigns, using AI tools, testing new approaches, and continuously improving results.
What You'll Do

Plan, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Create compelling marketing content, messaging, visuals, and short-form videos, using AI tools to produce and execute quickly.
Build and maintain an active presence across relevant social media and digital platforms.
Turn product launches, new features, customer stories, events, and company milestones into effective marketing activities.
Execute paid and organic marketing initiatives, from creative development and campaign setup to performance tracking and optimization.
Build landing pages, email campaigns, marketing workflows, and automated processes to improve reach and conversion.
Experiment with new channels, formats, tools, and growth tactics to identify what works.
Track marketing performance, analyze acquisition and conversion metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams while independently owning day-to-day execution.

What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies.
Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and driving measurable business growth.
Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting international markets.
Strong hands-on experience creating, launching, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns independently.
Ability to create marketing content, messaging, visuals, and other creative assets without relying on external agencies or dedicated teams.
Practical experience using AI tools and automation to create content, streamline workflows, and improve marketing execution.
Experience across multiple digital marketing channels, including paid and organic activities.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and optimize results.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Highly proactive, creative, resourceful, and execution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of marketing activities.

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, financial services, or AI-driven products.
Experience building and executing marketing activities from scratch in an early-stage startup or lean environment.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and landing page creation.
Experience with social media growth, organic content distribution, communities, or creator collaborations
