Student - Operations Assistant

Our family owned jewelry Ecommerce workshop is looking for a new family member for a part time position. The ideal candidate will be doing the operations and export management, preparing and monitoring export procedures. The candidate will be managing various day-to-day office administrative tasks, they will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Our offices are located in central Tel-Aviv, fun and joyful ambient with an ocean view.

The position is for a part time, shift based position, Sunday-Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Preparing parcels for international export.
• Being the liaison between all operational parties.
• Orders verification and clarification.
• Orders prioritizing and overseeing.
• Manage and oversee import and export processes with various shipping providers.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Google Sheets + Microsoft Excel skills
• Great team work skills, ability to adapt and organize quickly.
• High level English
• Nice to Have: Passion for the jewelry world
• Project management software familiarity.
